There are no restrictions for how long you can take Kwai Garlic tablets.

Garlic cloves contain two important substances - an amino-acid called alliin and an enzyme called alliinase. They are separated from one another in the garlic clove and they do not come into contact until the clove is crushed or cut. When they come together they produce allicin. It is allicin that is believed to be important for helping to maintain a healthy heart.

Kwai Garlic is made from organically grown garlic cloves, which contain the greatest concentration of allin. The cloves are thickly sliced, then slowly dried, avoiding the use of heat. When garlic is cooked or heated to produce garlic oil, most of the allin is destroyed.

The drying process that Precision Healthcare uses gives each tablet a consistently high level of allin, which is converted into allicin in the digestive system.

Every Kwai Garlic tablet contains a concentrated, standardised 300mg of dried garlic powder, yielding 1800µg of allicin. Absolute accuracy means you can be confident you will get this same dose every time.

Each tablet is also coated 60 times to be odour free.

You are advised to consult your doctor if you are taking anticoagulants and / or antihypertensives as Kwai Garlic tablets may affect the way these medicines work.

A few cases of gastrointestinal complaints have been reported. As these were dose-related, it is recommended that Kwai Garlic tablets should not be taken on an empty stomach.

NEW formula Kwai Heartcare + Japanese Black Garlic contains up to twice the dosage of antioxidants found in normal garlic and is rich in amino acids. It helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels and contributes to resistance against temporary oxidative  stress. It also contains Vitamin B1 which contributes to normal heart function.

There are a number of simple measures you can take to help reduce your risk of developing heart disease.
