Garlic and black garlic are both safe, natural products with a low risk to health. They have been consumed around the world for thousands of years. As with all dietary supplements, some people may experience side effects. Gastrointestinal complaints have been reported in the past. If you do experience any unwanted side effects, you can discontinue taking the product immediately.

To mitigate discomfort, it is recommended that Kwai supplements are not taken on an empty stomach. Our tablets are coated 60 times. This prevents any odour being released from our Kwai supplement tablets and makes them easier to swallow.

Could garlic or black garlic interact with my medication?
